We are trying to mig weld a sheet of aluminum (7MM) to a bar (Sheet is perpendicular to the bar) and trying to weld both sides at one time.

With two torches working simultaneously on each side of the sheet. We are not having any success. Is there anyone out there that can give us a logical reason why this doesn't work? What can we do to make it work?
