Hello, I want to do welding inspector degree. Is there any specified course for welding inspector degree? I really want to know this. Please give me your valuable suggestions.

I earned an Associates Degree in Welding Technology. Each course was a quarter or three months long.For the degree, a person would have to take two years worth of courses. That's 8 hrs a day in the shop. One day there was an hour long class room session dealing with the chemistry and physics behind welding. The next day we have a one hour welding engineering class. This was on top of a full course load of the other classes required for the degree.Another thing you have to keep in mind is that welders are in high demand. As a result, there are waiting lists to get into the programs. I had to take a years worth of night welding classes before I could get into the full day program.You can search institutes near by for welding course.
