well took me 3 days to do a job my boss quoted as 1 and a half. But the customer was still impressed so it worked out. It was one of the most tedious jobs I've done a long while, even though it wasn't difficult. From cutting 90 pieces of 3/8 hot rolled, bending them all and making sure they all spaced out properly, tacking each one in place and then welding each one in place. thank god I didn't have to paint them.

Frankly, I find the easy jobs to be the most tedious. C'mon, boss, throw me a real challenge!

Yea i enjoy more difficult one-offs better, unless its food grade SS TIGing, then its a nightmare as I don't have purge capabilities yet.

Pick up an e-bay flowmeter for ten bucks, and a few dollars worth of hardware-store fittings, and get set up!
