E3 Tig Rod

Does anyone have experience with E3 tig rod on aluninum is it better than 2% thoriated for aluminum welding

I tried some e3 tungsten recently while working on a video comparing e3 to 2% thor,lanthanated , layzr trimix, ceriated, etc. e3 was ok but 2% lanthanated seemed to hold up better for me
