Let's be kind, now...
That did not come across as an advertisement to me.
This sounds like a beginner (who's first language is not English) exploring by feeling in the dark.
If I'm wrong, I'll fix it fast, but let's err on the side of helpful, and see what this post is about.

For most general aluminum. 4043 in1/16 or 3/32 is common depending on how thick of material you will be welding. Er70s2 for mild steel in the same size is good. Stainless will depend on what type of stainless you will be welding
sorry guys i am not an spammer or have not anything todo with that webshop other then i was looking at the list of filler rods and was unsure about what to select.
yes by tig filament i mean filler rods.
Thanks TxBigRed, i start with them and then just wait with the ones for stainless until i have learned how to select the different types
again sorry if my post was seen as spam, the links was just add to better show the filler rod types

4043 filler 3/32 electrode and 3/32 filler with number 7 gas cup will weld most aluminum jobs.

Welcome, Tooms! If it's helpful, this calculator can narrow down the accessories (tungsten and cup sizes) and filler rod size for different weld scenarios.

Can't go wrong with those rods...
Good luck,
And feel free to ask more questions.

Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.
