Here is a simple purge system I put together from pneumatic (automation) parts.
They are cheap, many different options and relatively easy to find.

Beginning at the regulator with an Y-block and and connecting an oxygen hose. (Yes I know, a dual regulator would have been better and easier to set. Maybe next time...)

Other end is where the pneumatic parts come in.
Put in a shut off valve so I can balance the flow then go over to polyurethane tubes.

The final end, this is where a bit of creativity comes to play.
Almost anything can be connected. Purge blocks, trailing shoes whatever you need.
In this case I domed some 1,5mm SS sheetmetal to cover the backside when welding in fittings.
Using the centerhole to clamp the fitting.

Backside, no cleaning or brushing done after the weld was done
No sugaring at all, even though the penetration could be commented

I saw on a photo that Jonathan, superiorwelding, use silencers too so it has to be good

I want a CK Micro torch...
I ground a small slot on the washer to let the air escape out at the highest point.

Nice setup, I've been using the air diffuser also for many years, here in the states I find them at McMaster Carr listed as pneumatic air mufflers.

My language have the same word for it no matter if its on a car, pneumatic or a gun supressor.

Was that a mirror weld inside the larger pipe?
I did my probably ugliest tig weld inside a tank yesterday. Couldnt see the puddle, helmet flashing, new rubbish gloves with poor fit....

A simple ck80/24 torch with a flex-neck would work there just fine too.

MUCH shorter. 2nd from the Right, next to the CK Micro Torch. They even sell a gas lens collet body that works with those short, short cups.

I really like that design you have there. You need to post some of those pics on Instagram. Thanks for the mention as well. It is amazing how well the air mufflers do, and they are cheap. I paid full retail for one of mine at almost $10 but when you consider how expensive purge equipment is that is a deal.

Looks good, I also use those air mufflers.

Only comment to add is depending what this is for I'd recommend going back and at least fusing the edge of that fitting to the tank to eliminate the seam

I intend to fuse it but I wanted to show how clean it came out before touching it.
