Ok guys, my PowerTig 200DX went nutz and had to go in the shop for repairs.
Ray and Oleg were extremely helpful. They had it 4 weeks to the day and I got
a call from fast talking Jack that it was done and they'd get it boxed and shipped back asap.
Of course Christmas and New Years were in the middle of all this ship. LOL!
Anyways, I got it back yesterday in one piece and everything seems to be working fine again.
Far too many times all we here on the internet is the bad experiences and a whole lot of bashing
from the peanut gallery. Well, I'm here to say that Oleg was extremely helpful in getting my machine
back to me in a reasonable time frame. All in all, I'm still very satisfied with this machine and
Everlast in general.

And, before y'all start, no, I do not work for Everlast.

Glad to hear your good news story rake.

Had you owned the machine for very long before this little episode?

I had a small problem with my 250EX, they were also very good to me. Been using the heck out of my machine since.
The initial questions, process of elimination takes a bit but they do stand behind their stuff.

Only issue I have ever had with mine was the pot in the pedal was all whacked out and it would have intermittent bursts of 150kOhm randomly and it had no resolution at all. Ray gave me the part number for a local pot that I could use, and had it back in working order in a few hours after finding one
