I did a frame off on a 1969 F100 modified/added IFS and four link plus boxed the frame. All with a 15 year old borrowed Miller and a Victor cutting torch. I now have moved and am confined to a three car garage with one bay for the truck. So I have saved up and am ready to outfit my metal station. I want to learn TIG after making my own headers for the truck it became apparent Mig was not good enough. I am looking at a MP welder for Mig and Tig, I never stick weld, to conserve space. Also considering adding a plasma cutter to the stable instead of a torch setup.

These will be my first Units, Trying to have the most capability in the smallest package

MP Units: Lincoln Power Mig 210MP or ESAB Rebelboth with TIg and foot pedal.

Plasma Cutter: Miller 375 Extreme

So any guidance would help I would rather spend a little more now and have my equipment last longer.

Look at getting an SSC pedal and CK TIG torch, probably better at less cost
