Thanks for all of the videos and information Jody. This is an invaluable resource.
I hope that in part 2 you'll talk about why the chill bars weren't needed for some of the joints?
Also, something much thinner would be interesting...

Jody.....can you provide us with the source for the sintered metal diffusers you are using on this project?
You might want to look into industrial grade ceramic beads as a media.They would provide a mostly neutral base. Another option could be the use of a small tabletop media blasting cabinet.The cabinet would allow full gas shielding and keep the gas inside with a top loader. Something like this one ATD Tools 8400 - Bench Top Blast Cabinet
